Have you "Packed it in for the year?"

It's amazing to me how many real estate professionals have "packed it in" for the year (2009). How many real estate agents have simply quit the business until that magical day...January 1, 2010. So many agents get into the syndrome of thinking and acting like the year is already over and they can simply put things on cruise control until "next year." Here's a news flash folks, there isn't any "next year" when you are in a competitive business; and real estate sales is a competitive business.

"I have heard so many excuses from non productive agents in the past few months (the agents we don't allow into our coaching programs). They say things like, "well I have to prepare for the holidays," or "its getting dark earlier and its getting colder," or "next year is going to be my year." What a bunch of hogwash. Next year is today. Someday is today. Top producing agents are out-competing everyone else today...right now...they are not waiting until next year...Get into action today. Make your lead generation calls today. Set your promises and schedule your calendar today. The longer you wait, the closer you get to failure...
