Move up or Repeat Buyer Marketing

Would love to hear what others in the business are doing to get the word out to others about the "move up" and "repeat" buyer tax credit.  Some things being done are sending and calling past customers as a touch, articles in newspapers and postcards sent to database, sphere and farm.

Anyone doing seminars for sellers regarding this tax credit?  What other ideas are working?
