Now that the 4^th of July is over, school is over... the market will pick up for the month of July.  Besides going to the beach and enjoying the weather, July is the second best month of the year to buy or sell a house.  If you find a house this month, timeframe will be perfect for right before school closing. 

The market is moving along, in spite of the huge inventory available.  Buyers have their choice in homes, causing them to take more time in making a decision, but we are also noticing that if the house is priced well, standing out in some way from the rest, interest is high and sometimes multiple offers are placed.
