This blog is for those buying a new home in an area with no building (code) inspections.

Are you qualified to do a code inspection? NO.

Can you tell a buyer that the electric was properly installed? NO.

Can you tell the buyer that the home was built per the construction plans? NO.

So what exactly would you inspect on a new construction home?

What standard would you use?
