Guess what fellow Active Rainers, it's raining blogs today from Joyce. In less than 24 hours, I have been inspired to write another blog. It was only yesterday that I had never blogged. But now that I have taken that first step, I feel like blogging away on another great subject.

I send letters to my clients quarterly(I'm striving for monthly) and in December, the subject of my letter was Getting a Financial Check-up. My husband is a Financial Analyst, so I invited my clients to have a free Financial Needs Analysis conducted so they could get an idea of their current debt ratio and recommendations on how to KILL their current debt. I received an overwhelming response.
Many of us send communications to our clients about the housing market, purchasing and selling homes, send birthday and congratulatory wishes, but are you aware that many of them may need a financial makeover. Sometimes clients get into debt over their head and can't seem to find a way out. In essence, they need help. Recently, I received an email from my cousin, Sharmaine (an Exclusive Buyer Broker in Richmond, BUYERS FIRST) inviting her clients to a Financial Makeover Day. It was a day that old and new clients could phone in or drop by the office to receive financial advice or directions on how to change their Financial picture. I thought that it was a great idea and I thought that it was a great idea to share with my fellow Active Rainers. Why not invite your clients to a Financial Makeover Day? You would not only help them but you could be preparing them for their next home sell or purchase.
