Buyers are on the hunt for the house that's just right for them. They aren't using the stale old logic that the best thing to do is to wait for the "Spring" market to kick in. BUYERS ARE LOOKING NOW! They want to take advantage of the low interest rates, the ability they have to qualify for a mortgage today, and -- most importantly -- the home buyer tax credit before the April 30, 2010 deadline hits.
