I love this time of year when I can beat the smiles off my brother's faces when after the presents and food is cleared away, WE PLAY TEXAS HOLD-EM. Yes Poker my friends. Any tips for this Texas girl will be appreciated. Each year a FEMALE in the family who only plays once in a while, usually wins the pot.
Last year my brother's wife won, she did a damn good job at the game. Over the Summer at my other brother's wedding, I went head to head with my older bro almost won, but he was afraid. 50 men standing behind him saying, "she's gonna kick your butt, your own little sister, come on man!!" It was fun, he won, but barely.
Last year I took the pot at Thanksgiving, the men in our family just don't understand. They play this every other weekend!!!
Plan on taking them to the gun range so I can prove Women are better shots than men. LOL.
