Summer is definitely here, and what better way to cool off and enjoy a hot day or the evening shade than with a yummy cocktail. This one's refreshing and packs a punch...enjoy!

Mexican Summer Dream

1.5 oz Cointreau

1.25 oz ounce tequila reposado

1 oz orange juice

.5 oz yuza juice

4 bar spoons of mango puree

Shake all ingredients together and serve in a salt-rimmed tulip glass. Garnish with an orange.

Sounds like a morning after headache to me...I'll stick to my ice tea with extra lemon - now that will cool you off.  Oh yeah,

Sounds to me like a fancied up Margarita.  My favorite cool off drink, especially after a hot days work, is a good old fashioned Bombay Saffire Gin and Tonic, using about a half lime instead of a wedge.  This one is a major thirst quencher.  Mix it in amounts of each ingredient that work best for you.
