All that I need in life is in Christmas.
The excitement that it brings, The love that is shown all around, The sharing you see so much of, The caring shown, even in busy crowds. If its' not maybe I just don't see it this time of year.
Smiles on little children and adults alike.
Saying Merry Christmas, I think it is back in the stores once again.
Family that waits for you to visit, family that you cannot wait to visit. (Not too much eggnog to spoil the moods)
All the little things that you see done and you even go out of your way to do them yourself for others.
The singing in the church, (and we know these words!)
Remembering loved ones not here who we miss but we remember what they meant to us. Some tears for them.
Remembering people who come and go in our lives that make us smile and we understand why we need them. It is evident to me at this time of year. Maybe because we take time to think of them. At least I do.
I am making a list of people I know or knew and it is endless. I hope it is!
Christ in my life, the Baby, the King, who came to save us from ourselves.
It is all about people and not things. It is all about our Christ in Christmas!
