Well here we are the 21st and instead of reading the shift I am living the shift. We have already sat down to look at where we can cut back, how to better our position in marketing, prioritizing our lead capture and better utilizing our web presence. With all that said where are we at today in this interesting market?
We went out with a client this weekend and showed 17 properties, all different, a big shift from one to another, had some great conversation, and generally were able to educate them as well as ourselves. We watched the Shift from house to house as each new home brought a shift in their perspective. They have many options and hopefully will be able to make the move to Montrose sooner than later. They are ready to make the shift from the desert to the mountains.
On the other fronts we are feeling the pain of our listers as they have to shift there outlook to competeing in a buyers market and trying to help them come to grips with this shifted market.
