The Hixson and Soddy Daisy market of homes for sale remained the same. Homes under contract declined significantly, though. This is consistent with the broader area market in the run-up to the holiday.
The number of foreclosures for sale stayed the same. And the number of foreclosures under contract, you guessed it, stayed the same.
