Glad to see solid sales numbers in those zip codes and the average pricing seems to be a bit more level.  Am surprised that there were not more sales like the Fenway Road, New Albany because there are some AMAZING values in New Albany right now.  For those who can afford a top tier home...I can't believe what you can buy and how much value you get compared to just 3 years ago in that market.  WOW!!!
