Home resales surged to the highest level in nearly three years, reflecting an extraordinary level of federal support that has pulled the housing market back from the worst downturn since the Great Depression. This is great news! Housing is starting to move, values are... moving up! I hope "THEY" tell all you fence sitters the boat is sailing! "THEY" should know that Mortgage Rates have moved up for the 3rd business day in a Row and those with the crytsal balls should smash them because they are useless! "THEY" should tell you Refinance or Buy NOW before the ship has too far out of your view to get a GREAT DEAL! " I always said "THEY" have no idea what "THEY" are talking about and it was the best time time buy or refinance but for some reason everyone OUTSIDE of the business is the expert!
