Do you take your own pictures and create your own virtual tours or do you hire someone elso to do them?
I usually take my own pictures, however, on my latest listing I hired someone and paid $89 for 15 stills, a slide show and a virtual tour. The photographer did a great job, and for this particular listing I feel like it was worth the money. It's not something I will do for every property, but it was pretty convenient and fairly cheap for the value it added to my listing.
