If you are seeking a moderate priced single family home in the Southern Pines, NC area, you will want to learn more about Pine Needles and Yadkin Trail. Amongst the famous Pine Needles Golf Course, north of Midland Road and east of Highway 1, just off of Central Drive/Hwy 22, these joined neighborhoods are located in a very convenient spot. I recently represented military buyers in Yadkin Trail. It was a logical choice for them after getting a good feel for many Southern Pines neighborhoods. The proximity to Pope AFB was also a factor in their decision.
These neighborhoods are established and as such you will find a wide range of home ages and many styles. Prices generally range from the high 100's to high 300's. Some ot the homes in the Pine Needles section are golf front. These are small neighborhoods so traffic on the streets is minimal.
