My 3 Year Anniversary on ActiveRain

I almost let this day slip away from me...but one more milestone has been achieved.

Three years ago today - the day after Christmas, 2006 I dusted off the blog I created 6 months earlier and finally published my first blog article, ..."Is this a Good Time to BUY?"

Interesting glimpse into the future.  In many ways I saw what was coming - a very unpopular position at the time.  I did open the door for the popping of a bubble - I just didn't expect it to get as bad as it did.

Interestingly enough, this was the month that I really did a lot of shifting of my business.  I decided the old ways were just that, 20th century methods and technologies.  This was the cross roads I was at to forge my new business model...one that has served me well.

Not only did I take a more aggressive Internet position (I had already had a website for over a year by this point) but I did see the shift in the marketplace.  December 2006 was the first month I started completing BPO's...which led to me REO Business.

ActiveRain, It's been a long 3 years on so many different levels, but I have got to tell you that I am glad to be here with you and glad I have you  in my corner.  Together, we will do great work, once again...2010 we are ready!
