Check back on Monday after 11:00AM for the current rates of the morning.

Looks like the market should be pretty flat for the rest of the year!

The only thing happening at this point is that Santa has given big bonuses to the executives at Fannie & Freddie. Lets wait and see what the big bank CEO's take this year..

Tom, i have seen several articles we are on the way up 6.0%. Maybe not by the end of the year, but maybe soon after. With the economy the way it is, I hope this is NOT the case. Best wishes in 2010.
