I am seeing some great opportunity here in the north Denver Metro are for cash low rentals. This past week, and yes I know it was Christmas, I have been working with a buyer that has been looking at property that would cash flow nicely, some had 2-3k in in work, nothing that was excessive.
As prices are creeping up it is still and excellent time to get your investor buyer out there to shop for "cash flow" property.
