Foreclosure filings up in November

According to the Commercial Record, CT foreclosure filings are up in November. Foreclosure Deeds climbed 16 percent over November 2008, and Lis Pendens filings (the start of the foreclosure process) were up 22 percent over last November, and we are up 31.2% on the year.
