In case you've been away from the Rain for a few days...or a week or more....let's face it, the last week or so has been pretty busy for most of us...a very compelling contest has been taking place. Bob wants to be sure we all survive next year. He's given us a great incentive to read Gary Keller's classic SHIFT.
Why should you read SHIFT? There are many reasons - at least 12 of them to be exact. But there is one very IMPORTANT REASON why you, me, and anyone else in our industry should read this book. You don't want to be left behind!
I am looking around at our industry at agents who were soaring a few years ago. Some have left the business, some are floundering, and some are out of the business but just don't know it yet. If you need to make a living in real estate, how can you not read this book?? How can I not read this book??
I guess I could be a Shhh! person and keep it all to myself, but why would I want to do that? We all need help and encouragement from time to time. Here's my New Year's gift of encouragement to you - do like I am going to do and read SHIFT. No, don't just read it, DO IT!
