Home prices rose for the fifth consectutive month in October. This is good news for people that need to sell their homes.

The Standard & Poor's/Case-Shiller home price index released Tuesday edged up 0.4 percent to a seasonally adjusted reading of 145.36 in October, this was from the AP.
Dallas was flat while Tampa and Chicago had the biggest declines.
