What are you doing to get leads?

Facebook is an excellent way to obtain buyer and seller leads that turn into closed clients.  On Facebook people can see you and your business.

I post a lot of informative blogs from my www.AngelSBrown.vox.com website.  This includes new listings, tax credit updates, home buyer program information and more.

Maintain a personal touch to your Facebook account.  Customers and clients should feel more comfortable doing business with you if they can see and trust the person you are as well as the business you do.

Refrain from pushing products that don't have anything to do with your real estate business on your Facebook account.  People do not appreciate spam or other material that does not concern them.  However real estate is the talk of the town.  Everyone wants to know whats going on in the market whether they are a consumer or not.

Make sure your Twitter account and your Active Rain blog are linked to your Facebook account also.  This will automatically push the information people want to where the masses will see it.
