New construction starts hit a four month low in Ada county in June, inventory levels continue to rise and builders which isn't doing anything to help builders clear inventory. Driving around the valley however you don't see much evidence. New subdivisions keep popping up around every corner.
Where does it all end? The answer is it's probably not going to any time soon. Some of the biggest builders in the nation are entering our market and with the population slated to double in the next ten years believe it or not we're probably going to have an a need for the inventory.
