Real Estate Agent with Re/Max Aerospace Realty

Can anyone recommend a good real estate company to work for that doesn't have desk fees and offers a great training program.  I would like to become a realtor here in melbourne florida.

Check out Keller Williams Realty. No desk fee! You will pay a percentage each closing. Has one of if not they best training programs in the county. Now ranked # 3 real estate company in the country and fastest growing. Check out Gary Keller and his books, "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent"  and the "Shift".

Food for thought.

Mike thanks for the advice, funny you mentioned those books. I asked them for Christmas and got them both!  Wish me luck

Get local imput since it varies from market to market. Pick the top three and go in for a visit. The manager and the other agents can make or break a new agent.  Go for the office that is busy and you will also get busy.  I went with the family feel at first but had to leave after 6 months. Going to a busy office helped me out. That was 13 years ago and almost 600 sales ago.

Janet,

I know this is a bit late but if you are still looking - EXIT has no desk fees, low annual fees and many opportunities to earn additional income.  EXIT always starts at a 70/30% split as well.  If you are still looking, come visit our broker Tony Giannotti.  You will love the guy!
