Ed; You are correct, this is a tease. But it gets me on google when folks are looking. I do get responses from sharp buyers who are very serious. Recently, I had a serious buyer track my blogs and when the house was listed, it sold in three days. BTW, 7,000 sq.ft. lot here in Staten Island is rare. Most are 4,000 Sq.Ft. I am very curious. I had to laugh when I read the blog by Ed (above) when he said he doesn't consider 7000 square feet to be very large. I guess he's never been to Staten Island, where we consider that to be well above average. Good luck with the listing - I hope I can sell it!
