Could one of your New Years Resolutions possibly be to buy yourself a new house ? Have you even thought about what are the goals you want for yourself in twenty ten ?? emotionally, physically, spiritually, financially ? The most important thing is to set a BIG GOAL and not have a fear of failure, because everyone who succeeded did so by failing somewhere along the way, and the only way to get rid of your fear is to actually go out there and DO EXACTLY WHAT IT IS THAT YOU FEAR........only then will the fear go away...........So if you have procrastinated setting those goals, get out a piece of paper, and go grab a coffee and start writing !!! You will know when your goal is big enough when the thought of achieving it seems somewhat impossible yet at the same time fills you with a sense of excitement at achieving it.If your New Years Resolution is to buy an investment property in 2010 to add to your retirement portfolio, why not talk to me ? Happy twenty ten to you all.Go on ! Invest in yourself !!!!!!!!!

I hope that lots of buyers have a new home on their new years resolutions list. No more procrastinating. Time to scoop up the $8000 tax credit. We all need to spread the word about what a great time it is to buy!

Hi Laura,
Yup, buying another home is a goal of mine for 2010. Unfortunately I'll have to sell one to buy one so that's my starting point.
