As I reflect on this past year and look forward to the start of the new one I feel like the glass is half full. 
Then I have always believed in the glass is half full theory. 2009 was a better year for me than 2008 and I expect 2010 to be better than this year. Although in 09 I did not quite make my written goals that I set myself at the start of the year I was close. My written goals for 2010 are higher than 09 and I know I can achieve the new goal even though I believe the Real Estate market here in Montrose Colorado will be about the same as this past year.
Here are some of the web sites that I feel are helpful to any one who has the desire to be succesful. Success Magazine I strongly recommend you subscribe to the magazine. The Daily Board this is a one stop Real Estate web site that has all the feeds from the other major real estate web sites. Jeffey Gitomer Renowned sales trainer who has written some great sales books. David Knox Real Estate Training DVD's.. These are just a few that I like and use a lot, I am sure there are many others. If you have any suggestions on different places to go for positive motivation let me know.
