I think as Southern California Realtors we need to quit using the term "AFFORDABLE HOUSING" - I prefer to refer to is as OBTAINABLE HOUSING.  Lets be honest, compared to most of the rest of the country - there is nothinjg affodable about our housing.

I have to agree with you Cristina. The Inland Empire is fantastic and it does have it all. I have lived here most of my life, raised 5 kids and 8 grandkids all local. I wouldn't have it any other way. Welcome to Active Rain. I look forward to seeing you around.
