Redlink

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Keller Williams

I would like feed back from anyone who has used Redlink for seller leads.

Redlink is used for Expired, For sale by owners, etc.

I have been working it for 2months now and am wondering if I should continue with the expence as I have not found it wonderful.  Very confusing to follow up on leads.

Thanks

I havent used Redlink and I dont work seller leads so I might be the worng guy to comment, but the secret to convert buyer leads to buyers is in the follow up. I suspect its the same with sellers. Immediate and constant telephone contact until they tell you they made a deal with another agent.or better yet make a deal with you

Im concerned with your term "wonderful"  Perhaps your expectations are too high. When it comes to buyer leads If I can make one sale for every thirty leads I work within 18 months thats wonderful to me, that means if I work 60 new leads every month after a year or so I expect 2 sales a month. I wonder whats wonderful for you and I wonder if you are working enough leads or have given your system (if you have a system) enough time to bear fruit.

good luck

I appreciate your response.  Admit I do not have a system that I really rely on. I am just floundering around trying a little this and a little that. Would like a suggestion that seems to work for y ou.
