Well 2009 is almost gone Ti's the season for fresh starts. I want to take a moment to wish everyone a safe and Happy New Year! We saw a lot of changes in 2009 and hopefully we won't see as many in 2010.
It would be nice if the market stabilized a little bit. the good news is that it appears to be doing that very thing. But we'll have to see what the future holds.
