Lisa's 2010 Plate... What's on yours?

OK, we've put it off long enough...you know, evaluating 2009, setting goals and making resolutions for 2010. While it is important to set goals that are specific and measurable, the most important thing is to JUST DO IT! That's right...take the first step, make forward progress, do something better today than you did yesterday. (like maybe a healthy breakfast) I'm betting that if we all can be a little better every day, that we can look back on our 2010 goals and resolutions and say, I DID IT!
