With a high of 114 today, I'm not sure today is a good day for a Open House.
7-7-7 is suppose to be lucky so do we do the open house or go to the casino?
Suzy and I try to do at least 1 open house per weekend and lately we have reaped a couple of buyers that we are presently working with.
I'm thinking new prospects may be to hot to trot today and we may be sitting watching the ice in the cooler melt.
That might interesting, I could take pictures at 10 minute intervals of the ice melting for a post.
We could also ask the neighbors for ice cubes, this will give us the opportunity to meet them and maybe feel sorry for us and give us the listing to their home.
I think the heat is getting to me, turn the fan up and give some more ideas good or bad at least it will get my mind off the heat. MAKE IT RAIN!
