Active listings in Haywood County NC as of 12/29/09 are overpriced (if a seller really wants to sell) and reflect an absorption rate of 27.31 months and an average time to sell a house of 259 days. Residential sales in 2009 have an average selling price of $203,381 …. (see red numbers in chart). Canton has the lowest average listing price and the lowest number (significantly) of days on market.
