Well summer is here in NJ full force. We are always trying to think of interesting and innovative ways to get our face/name in front of people. There's nothing more annoying than a friend or colleague using some other Realtor because they forgot that you were one.
So what is the right mix to get in front of people you know, and not annoy them?
Today I am going to the local beach and hand out Fly Swatters. They have our company logo on them and our contact information. The beach is great, but it's my understanding that the flys are brutal today.
That sounds to me like an opportunity to gently remind locals that I'm a Realtor!
