December is usually a low sales month in San Antonio's Vineyard. The holidays, shopping, people traveling-but there is still activity. Some businesses look to make changes for the New Year, so some corporate activity takes place during the end of the year.
Of course the military, in which San Antonio is proud to have several installations in the area, always has a need to move personnel to meet defense related requirements.
As I have noted in other posts, the Vineyard has a several subdivisions, with price points from the low $200s up to just under $1M.
Below is information on the three (3) sales in the Sienna Woods subdivision in December.
