This is a preliminary report giving numbers for the entire Kansas City Metropolitan Area.*
Actually, all of Heartland Multiple Listing Service (our local MLS) encompasses 5,000 square miles so includes Overland Park, KCMO, Olathe, Lenexa, Raymore, Belton, North Kansas City, Lee's Summit, Independence, Lake Jacomo and more - the whole entire area.

I've included Jackson County MO and Johnson County KS because they are the two most active areas as well as the two areas about which I receive the most phone calls.
