If the floor tile is peeling, its possible the under layment has been soaked, ended up expanding and then destroyed the glue holding the floor together. Cracked ceramic tiles can also be a sign of water damage.
6. If the home's roof has three layers: You'll need to look around the edge of the home's roof. If there are three layers of roofing on the home. You'll more than likely need to have them pulled off, when it comes time to have the home re-roofed. Which is going to be an additional expense to your regular roofing cost.
