We all use the same cliches, advertise in a similar manner and promote our listings in the same general way. So why would I use you to sell the single largest asset I own?
When we go into a listing appointment we are loaded with information, our marketing program and the almost unfair statistics that our RE/MAX office holds over every other company. Our ranking as agents in volume, our success rate, referrals from previous clients and our genuine desire to help sell the property.
When you have success you need to use it but in a way that is not bloviating, but in humility. If you have the track record for sales and get the job done share it. That is why we all work so hard. You know what else, you do not have to take cheap shots at other agents or companies.
So when you meet with a potential seller bring the guns and leave with the listing.
