RSS - Stands for Really Simple syndication. It is like specific parts of Newspaper you subscribe to.
Breaking it down: You hand me all of the newspapers in the world, a pair of scissors and bottle of glue and I get to work. The task you have given me? To sort out all of the news and events that are related to Real Estate.
It does not have to be so labor intensive - In fact if you utilize Google, Yahoo, MSN, AOL, any one of those services for your email - you can set up RSS feeds and just view the information that is up to the second, but that information and news only having to do with what you want to read.
