May I suggest a solution?
Frances, you can try using the HTML tab on the editor window then paste your info back in there. However, at the beginning of your text, use this command: <pre>
then at the end of your text, in the editor use this second command: </pre>
These two html commands will tell the HTML interpreter to display your text as-is and will take care of the carriage return for you.
Ex:
<pre>
This is a long story
with a line break in between
every thing and I do not have to worry about
things being written all together in one line.
</pre>
Good Luck.

Mario,
You are the best! Thank you, it worked out fine. I did use the html feature, thank you Grant, but, needed your extra tip to get it to paste correctly. Amazing what brings out the kindness in people:) I appreciate your advice! I can sell homes and property well, but, computers still challenge me. Do you two belong to Buffini and Company? We are always looking for good people like yourself! You are both an A+!
Oh, By the Way. . . I am never too busy for your Ct referrals!
