I love ending of one year and the beginning of a fresh new one! Last week, the subscribers to my Tuesday Tips Newsletter got a beautiful New Year's card instead of a post because Annette, my wonderful virtual assistant www.VirtualAnnette.net saved me while I was on the sickbed with pneumonia. I love having support! And even more... love more having the ability to let go and let people help me. Thank you Annette!!!
So, this ending of a year and beginning of a next seems to be the perfect time to acknowledge the people, accomplishments and lessons of the previous year and then to create the New Year, standing on the shoulders of those triumphs and learning!
While I am a naïve optimist.... I don't want you to think I am oblivious to the challenges (and opportunities) that are currently impacting us. AND, I am not living in some other reality, but this is not the place to come if you want ways to fight and/or complain about whether there is plenty of opportunity. I do know what you focus on expands, so with your permission, 2010 is going to be a year where you can count on me to engage in conversations, resources, ideas and actions to thrive and win!
Start with where you are. Give yourself the advantage with these:
- Have you got your business plan done? (Really? Written? Complete?) If not, I can help!
- Have you reviewed what worked last year? How are you going to leverage and expand those things?
- Have you looked at what didn't work and designed a system or strategy to fix that?
- Are you recreating yourself and working on the WHO YOU ARE BEING instead of the WHAT YOU ARE DOING?
I guarantee you...those 4 questions, answered and implemented can make possible ANYTHING you want this year. Are you READY???
