Are You Wasting Your Opportunities From Your Fears?

By

Are you wasting your opportunities because of your fear of what may be the outcome....success or even failer? I think this can be said for most of us in the Real Estate world, whether it be agents, buyers, sellers or loan officers.  We want success but have an inner voice called "Fear" somehow holding us back from making those important decisions to move forward.

As we approach 2010, our instinct is to review our patterns of 2009 and correct those issues that held us back from our successes. Buyers perhaps wasted opportunities by not submitting offers on homes that may have been the one. Although difficult to put oneself into situations that are uncomfortable, or in competition with the mass of buyers in the market, by NOT pushing forward, you will only fall backward.

Opportunities for success surround us daily.  It seems to be our inner voice, lack of confidence, lack of knowledge, or lack of listening to our guts that may have held you back in 2009.  2010 is YOUR OPPORTUNITY to take back your inner control and strengthen your gut and use your guidance of your colleagues, realtors, lenders to be successful in 2010 in Real Estate.   Your successes are only as strong as your failures.  We must have both to be a better, stronger and more successful person.  Opportunities in the 2010 market place are at your feet...staring you in the face....wondering what you.. the Realtor, the buyer, the seller will do?  Will you waste this amazing opportunity for success because of inner fear?

How do you overcome these fears?  Experience.  Your experience of writing 40 offers last year proves your willingness to try.  It proves your success of learning more about the Real Estate Market of 2009. It has taken away the unknown fear of what failure will

feel like so you can only move ahead to success. Mount Shasta At the Top

I challenge everyone in the Real Estate Market, whether you are a buyer, seller, Real Estate Agent or lender by not wasting your Opportunities, but attacking them with an vengeance.  Remember, an Opportunity is challenge set up for you to overcome your inner fear and become successful in your own right.

Good Advice Kimberly,

I have to say that experience alone does not cut it. Most people with experience are better at this because they've had years and lots of time to PRACTICE, and make mistakes. However, even if you do not have 30 years of experience, you can still practice scripts, overcoming objections, and closing techniques everday and have a leg up on 99% of your competition, especially if you are inexperienced.

Thank you,

John Alexandrov,
