I denoted my last blog as an 'advertisement'. It's not but I didn't want others to have to scroll past it in case they are not interested.
I think I can relate it though. Here goes:
Find a commonality with your clients. So there it is...that's the purpose of my blog. I've found a commonality, I look like someone else. Maybe the commonality is not about looks but you can always find a way to have something in common. Small talk is good, people want to feel comfortable around you. Yes, real estate is serious & we must be professional but no one said it has to be like a chore. I've had many clients comment about how much fun it was to work with me. And yes, they were satisfied too!
