Real Estate in winter!

Were we spoiled last winter here in Denver?     We had little snow, and very warm temperatures MOST of all last winter.   In fact, think we did not get measureable snowfall until March!

This year it has been snowing since October, and it isn't melting!    We are very spoiled here in Denver as the snow does fall here in the City, but usually within a few days, the temps get up high enough, it all melts.

This year - it is difficult to get signs in the ground, and OUT of the ground after it freezes solid!     Sounds like the whole country is frigid right now!

We spoiled in Alabama as well...usually no snow.  However we're experiencing temps in the teens and expecting snow tomorrow.

Those signs just don't go into the ground when it has been below freezing for days.

Fun to see the for sale signs leaning against homes this time of year.

It is tough in the dead of winter sometimes to get signs in the ground, AND out!
