Camping in the Florida Keys
Looking for a fun way to spend a winter holiday? Camping in the Florida Keys fits the bill! Here is a short photo montage of our winter break camping trip in the Florida Keys, including a kayaking adventure in Big Pine Key, an afternoon shelling at Sombrero Beach in Marathon, and a day of doodling around in Key West.
So much to see, so much to do, so little time! I hope this short video gives you just a taste of the heaven on earth awaiting you in the Florida Keys.
Enjoy!

Hi Lisa - No recommendations re where to rent a fishing boat....but there's places EVERYWHERE so that shouldn't be a problem. Bahia Honda State Park is a great place to camp, although since we have teenagers we prefer to camp at Sunshine Key RV Resort because there's a pool and tennis and shuffleboard and a basketball court and a cafe and a marina etc.
Hi Frank - glad you liked the video! Snickers is my first mate on all kayaking expeditions. :) I'd love to hear about your FL camping experiences! Thanks for stopping by.
Hi Carra - Glad you liked the video! It was a lot of fun to put together. Thanks for stopping by. :)
Hi Toni - You definitely need to get to the Florida Keys! It's paradise right in your very own backyard. Glad you liked the video. Thanks for stopping by. :)
