At our annual Appreciation and Awards Banquet we not only acknowledge the top producers for the past year, but also give a "Customer Service" award to the agent that obtained the most and best responces from our after sale survey.
In addition to these awards, we have our agents select someone in the office that they feel has been the most helpful to their professional development over the past year. We have our agents respond via SurveyMonkey. The agent with the most votes will be awarded the "Agent's Choice Award."
It's interesting to see just how many agents in our office have so many nice things to say about their fellow agents.
