How many people on your contact list?
How often do you contact them?
Last date contacted?
What method? (i.e. phone, mail, email, etc)
How many Open Houses per month?
How many Expired Listings contacted daily?
How many FSBO's contacted daily?
How many Sphere of Influence contacts daily?
How many neighborhood contacts daily?
How many Open House attendee calls daily?
How many agent calls?
How many calls/emails to prospects who have set up search portfolios on your web site?
How many agent showing follow-up calls daily?
How many networking functions do you attend weekly?
What organizations do you belong to?
How often do they meet?
Do you have an automated client follow-up program?
How many business cards do you hand out daily?
Do you have a builder from whom you receive listing referrals? (not what they are building, but people who have contacted them about building, and they have a house to sell)
Do you have an attorney who can send you business?
How many agents have you recruited to your Referral Company?
Is there a good agent you can recruit to your company?
Everything on this list requires:
No money (or very little)
No or very minimal computer skills
YOUR TIME and Self Discipline
