As the President of a successful Executive Search Firm, I employed a team of 8 direct employees and indirectly managed, employed and placed as many as 300+ temporary employees with leading Broward and Dade County employers.  I've managed $8 million budgets and paid out a weekly payroll of up to $150K.  While working with one of the leading Temporary Staffing Company's in the early 1990's - I was promoted to the Regional Recruiting Director, to manage the recruiting efforts, hiring 120 temporary employees for one of the largest nation-wide Telecommunications company in the United States.  I AM A LEADER. Presently, I hold a Mortgage License, and I have the skills necessary to identify Qualified Home Buyers for my Sellers and likewise, I am able to assist Buyers, with their First Home or the more experienced buyer to expand into a larger home, secure a mortgage loan. 

As the Vice Chairperson for the Broward County area Boys & Girls Clubs of America, I assisted committee with the allocation of budgetary guidlines and the implementation of funds to better assit the communities children with after school programs.  I held the Chairperson and Co-Chair position for the Broward County Job Service Employment Committee, wherein I attended quarterly Legislative Committee Meeting in Tallahassee, aimed to assist the Employment endeavors within Broward County.  I was instrumental in securing a Platinum Level position for my firm to become members of the Broward Economic & Developement Council, wherein I attend policy making meetings and networking events as Assistant Marketing Director.  My experience is comprised of over 20 years of varing degrees of leadership skills - all causing me to be a dynamic Match for Seller to choose me as their Realtor for Life.

Silver Lakes is located in the cities of Pembroke Pines and Miramar.  One of the largest development located as part of the largest livability communities in Broward County.  Silver Lakes is comprised of 40 subdivisions, interwoven between NW172nd and NW 184th Avenues (North & South Corridor's) and spans from Sheridan Street in Pembroke Pines, to South of Miramar Parkway in the City of Miramar, (East & West Corridors).

Currently holding a Mortgage Brokers License, new Laws have been enacted as of January 1, 2010, Florida Statu Chapter 494, which states "only a Licensed Mortgage Broker" will be able to NEGOTIATE as a professional, for a fee, the Short Sale process for Sellers.  This is great news for the Homeowners of Silver Lakes.  When I List a Home for my Sellers, other than the usual Real Estate Commissions, NO ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE ASSESSED TO THE SELLERS OF SILVER LAKES by me or my Real Estate Company.
