We have had a total of 2 community websites and it seems they are not bringing in the leads. I'm not sure if it is the content, or if the site is just not usefull. It would be interesting to find out what has worked for others in this area, and which company is used.
Couple of questions come to mind - are these sites something that is offered via a vendor? are you sending out direct mail, announcements etc. about the sites to all over the neighborhoods, repeatedly? ~Rita
Good questions, we hit it hard at first, placing the site on everything, post cards, flyers, email blasts, etc. Maybe we didn't stick with it long enough. The site is called connecting neighbors and the address is www.neighborsatchesterfield.com I would rather dump this money into our own site or use it to help pay for our realtor.com featured home spots.
