It appears that cases of swine flu in Delaware are on the decline. Officials in Delaware have downgraded the flu activity to sporadic. This means that there are only a small number of lab confirmed cases and no increase in flue like reports in Delaware.
On another note the Indian River School Distric is being sued over the rape of a student by failing to follow proper backbround checks in hiring Dana Goodman as principal Sussex Central High School. He is now serving a 4 year prison term.
